AutoSDR ("we", "us", or "our") operates autosdr.tech (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What We Collect

When you use AutoSDR, we collect:

• Account information — your name, username, and email address used to log in.
• API keys — keys you provide for third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Apollo, Exa, Amplemarket). These are stored encrypted in our database and are only used to make requests on your behalf.
• Gmail access — when you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to compose and send emails on your behalf. We use this solely to create drafts and send outreach emails you have reviewed and approved. We do not read, store, or analyze the contents of your existing inbox.
• Contact data — names, email addresses, and other details of the prospects you upload. This data is used only to generate outreach messages and is not shared with any third party.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the Service and generate outreach messages on your behalf.
• To create Gmail drafts or send emails from your connected Gmail account, at your direction.
• To cache web research results to improve performance.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not read your existing Gmail messages.
• We do not share your prospect contact data with other users or external services beyond the APIs you have configured.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

Google API Data

AutoSDR's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Gmail to compose and send emails at your explicit direction.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on a private server. API keys are stored in an encrypted database. Gmail tokens are stored locally on the server and used only to authenticate your Gmail session.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

AutoSDR integrates with third-party APIs at your direction (Anthropic, OpenAI, Apollo.io, Exa.ai, Amplemarket). Your use of those services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
